If the web site is unavailable for any reason, the customer is still responsible for making timely payment on or before the due date. Payments received after the due date may be assessed a late fee in the amount specified in the rental agreement. You may use the online payments to make a partial payment but late fees will be applied if the full rent is not paid by the specified due date.
