  • Can you help me invest in a rental property?

    If you've got good credit and a solid down payment, we can work together to create a personalized financial plan that fits your lifestyle. This way, you can make passive income that will pay you while you sleep!

  • How long will it take to rent my property?

    Typically we get your property rented give or take 30 days!

  • How do we determine the Rental Rate?

    We conduct a comprehensive comparative market analysis, taking into consideration neighboring properties within a reasonable radius of your rental property. The rental rate is then determined based on the property's condition, updates, and upgrades. Older homes may command a lower rent, but through strategic renovations and modernization, we aim to secure top-of-the-market rates for your property.

  • How does AE market MY property?

    AE is a publicly traded company listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange, providing us with access to over 70 marketing outlets. This extensive network enables us to showcase your property across a wide range of affiliated platforms, maximizing its exposure and reach.

  • What if a resident stops paying rent?

    We have a clear system in place. Rent needs to be paid by the 1st, and late fees start from the 5th. If the rent isn't paid by the 15th, we send a formal notice. If there's no response, we start the eviction process. Our screening process is designed to avoid these problems, and we're working on using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to make resident evaluations even better.

  • How do you reduce resident turnover?

    We're dedicated to giving every resident a great place to live that prioritizes safety and comfort. We let property owners know about updates, and we really appreciate feedback from both current and past residents.

  • Can I keep pets/children/smokers out of my property?

    You can limit tenants based on specific criteria, but many people have kids, pets, or smoke. If you set too many restrictions, you might have fewer options. Also, there's no guarantee tenants won't get pets or have kids later. If they have pets, we do ask for pet fees.

  • How do I get paid?

    We collect the rent, and ACH the money to you on or after the 25th of every month directly to your bank account!

  • Do you prepare my property for rental?

    Absolutely! We evaluate, we make a list, we do an estimate on your property, and then we present it to you in a way that you can easily interpret what steps need to be taken to get your property rent ready. Our main goal is to make sure your property earns the most rental income possible.

  • Do I need to “do anything” once you take over?

    While you continue to focus on your career and personal life, allow us to handle the day to day intricacies of property management. Sit back, relax, and know that your investment will make money on its own. You won't need to get involved unless we need your input on upgrades or improvements.
